Algorithmics Summer Camp 2025
This June, Algorithmics brought together curious young innovators at our Karachi Summer Camp 2025, where coding met creativity and design blended with problem-solving. Over two exciting weeks, children explored game development, web design, and visual creativity — making this summer truly unforgettable.
From coding to design, every session at Algorithmics Summer Camp 2025 was designed to empower kids with real-world digital skills, boost their confidence, and ignite a lifelong passion for technology.
Roblox Game Designers
This was the highlight of the camp — where imagination turned into playable reality! Kids dove deep into the world of Roblox Studio, and what they created was nothing short of incredible.
Throughout the camp, our young developers explored:
- Started with paper sketches of their dream cities, then built them from scratch in Roblox Studio
- Set up Roblox Studio, explored the full interface, and learned how to navigate like pros
- Used basic shapes and assets to build everything from buildings to trees and roads
- Learned how to create terrain, platforms, and moving parts using hinges
- Added custom character movement and programmed in-game actions
- Created interactive objects — like coins that spin and change color when touched
- Built platformer-style challenges where characters jump, collect coins, and earn points
- Got hands-on with scripting: kids wrote simple code to trigger actions like color changes and object behaviors
- Explored multiplayer features by learning how to collaborate, build, and test together in shared environments
By the end of the program, each child had a working 3D world with game logic, design elements, and character interaction — and best of all, they built it themselves!

We as parents are very satisfied. It was a 10 day course but the things they have learned, I think are more than emough for a 10 day course. We are willing to register for the next course In Sha Allah.

Web Wizards & Mini Bloggers
Our campers stepped into the digital publishing world — and it was magical!
Using easy tools and big ideas, they:
- Wrote blogs on Google Docs about their passions and projects
- Built their very own websites using Google Sites — some even had pages, galleries, and navigation!
- Expressed their voices clearly and confidently — and some even helped each other with writing and formatting
They didn’t just learn how to type — they learned how to communicate their ideas with the world.

Future Designers & Brand Creators
Because every creator needs their own logo, right? Kids got hands-on with Canva and created:
- Personalized logos that represented their personalities
- Visuals for their websites and blogs
- Designs that were colorful, fun, and completely their own
It wasn’t just about drag-and-drop — it was about making choices, matching colors, and telling a story through shapes and symbols.
My son Abdul Hadi learned a lot and I have seen a big change in him and he was more interested and more towards learning the game and development.

2D Game Builders with GDevelop
In this part of the camp, students became full-on indie game developers!
They:
- Built 2D platformer games filled with challenges, characters, and creative obstacles
- Learned how to use logic and physics to make games feel real
- Shared their games with friends and played each other’s levels with excitement
By the end of the camp, many kids had created full mini-games they could show at home!
